This Privacy Policy (together with our Terms of Use, the Cookies Policy) sets out the basis on which we will process the personal information you provide to us or which we collect from you during navigation and use of the website under  www.pianocomics.com  (hereinafter the “Website”), which is carried out in accordance with the provisions of national and European law on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data, as in force.  For the purposes hereof, the sole proprietorship PIANO COMICS is the Data Controller of your personal data.

The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR 2016/679), any other specific national and European legislation for certain sectors, the applicable Greek legislation on the protection of personal data, as well as on the protection of personal data and privacy in the field of electronic communications (Law 3471/2006, as applicable) and the decisions of the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (HDPA).
