About Me

Anastasia Kaminskagia is a graduate of the National Music Academy of Sofia, Bulgaria, with a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Piano Performance. She teaches piano to students from varied ages and backgrounds with a fifteen-year experience as a music teacher in a wide range of schools, from preschool and primary schools, to secondary and music schools.

In the past four years Anastasia has developed an innovative, fun and simple piano method of teaching music that uses the rhythm of speech, visual stimuli and storytelling. She composes her own music for her music students to accompany tales which she both writes and illustrates, in order to engage their attention, boost their imagination and widen their learning capacity.

This recreational teaching method is highly effective in the long-term as it builds solid foundations of musical literacy.

One of the best piano teachers ! I love her communication with children as well as with adults who want to start piano lessons. Anastasia always teaches with positive energy but the most important thing is the technique so the student develops gradually!

We have the pleasure and honour to have Anastasia Kaminskaya in our extra curiculum program at the elementary school i work. Anastasia is a talented teacher who inspires children. She does not pressure them in any way but, on the contrary, she adjusts in every child's own learning rythm and together they walk the beautifull road of piano learning! She is at the same time a warm and sweet person and this makes children feel comforable with her and ease their way through the learning process.

I was lucky enough to have Anastasia teach me piano some years ago and I can honestly say she is not only one of the best piano teacher I had, but also one of the best teacher in general. She has very refined piano skills and is experienced in transferring those skills. Her methods are never dull and I can guarantee that her students always look forward to the next lesson. The most important lesson she taught me was to love the piano and to play music as a passion and form of self expression.
