About Me
Anastasia Kaminskagia is a graduate of the National Music Academy of Sofia, Bulgaria, with a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Piano Performance. She teaches piano to students from varied ages and backgrounds with a fifteen-year experience as a music teacher in a wide range of schools, from preschool and primary schools, to secondary and music schools.
In the past four years Anastasia has developed an innovative, fun and simple piano method of teaching music that uses the rhythm of speech, visual stimuli and storytelling. She composes her own music for her music students to accompany tales which she both writes and illustrates, in order to engage their attention, boost their imagination and widen their learning capacity.
This recreational teaching method is highly effective in the long-term as it builds solid foundations of musical literacy.
